Welcome to the entertainment section of the web design portfolio. Entertainment is a catch all for all the work we have done with various band's, musicians and artists. Here is a pick of some of our best web design pieces:

Aalborg Metal Festival 2007
The Aalborg Metal Festival is the biggest metal festival in Denmark, and Pixelghetto had the honour of working with them and the Nordic Rock Booking to make the web site.
The preliminary design was done by Mircea Gabriel Eftemie, and Pixelghetto transformed the design from a flat image into a fully functioning web site.

Dimmu Borgir
The new Dimmu Borgir web site was built using a mixture of html, php and flash technologies.
The web site heavily featured the artwork for their new album "In Sorte Diaboli" designed by Joachim Luetke. The main photography throughout the web site was taken by Patric Ullaeus.
We tried to make the web site reflect the band's name, which roughly translated means "dark castle".

Vanity Beach
The band wanted a remix of their current web site to fit in with their new promo photos (by Ville Akseli Juurikkala) and new single ('Garden of Cruelty').
So utilising the power of CSS, we were able to quickly re-design the web site without having to touch the original mark-up.
Which gave the web site a whole new twist and fresh look.

Adam Absinthe
Adam Absinthe came to us wanting a web site that would reflect his personality and his multi faceted talents as a musician, artist and a model.
We ended up creating something, quite gothic and elegant, which we felt mirrored Adam's style and attitude.
The web site, again is a mixture of flash, html and php technologies. It even mixes in some of the MySpace api.

Mnemic
The new Mnemic web site had to look like a continuation from their latest release 'Passenger'. So the site is all based around the artwork designed by Asterik Studios.
The web site is a flash, html and php hybrid. Which we feel works the best for bands, artists and musicians as you can get the best out each technology without having to succumb to any of the technologies downsides.

Sky Eats Airplane
SEA came to us wanting a really fresh and trendy look to their web site to compliment their unusual sound.
The web site is a combination of Flash, HTML and PHP. The web site had to be put into frames, as the band wanted a mp3 player that would continuously play the band's music. The only effective way to do this was with frames.

Type O Negative
The band wanted something that looked very dark and foreboding. Without any artwork as reference, we designed the look of the web site without any major input from the band, aside from the fact it had to look "dark, scary and sick".
The web site is a mix of flash, html and php.

Slipknot (E-Card)
Roadrunner UK asked us to design an e-card for Slipknot's "Duality" single in the UK.
Sadly the files have been long lost and only a screen shot remains from it.

Orgy
We were asked by Orgy to design their new web site based around the artwork for their latest release "Punk Statik Paranoia".
The web site is primarily in Flash with pop up windows displaying html content.
